  • Payment terms (TT, LC, Bank Transfer, etc.) must be agreed in advance.

  • Bank charges and intermediary fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Orders may not be shipped until payment conditions are fulfilled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, customs clearance, or international logistics.

  • Risk transfers to the buyer according to agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

  • Velteriyan Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers or customs authorities.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Product images

  • Catalogs

  • Text descriptions

  • Branding materials

are the intellectual property of Velteriyan Enterprises and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary import permits or certifications.

  • Complying with medical device regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

Velteriyan Enterprises shall not be held responsible for regulatory restrictions in the buyer’s country.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
