Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for doing business with Velteriyan Enterprises. As a manufacturer and exporter of Surgical, Dental, Beauty, and related instruments, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet international standards.

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping processes, the following Refund & Return Policy applies to all export orders.


1. General Policy

All orders are considered final once confirmed and processed for production or shipment. However, we accept returns and process refunds under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The products received are damaged during transit.

  • The products are defective or have manufacturing faults.

  • The items delivered do not match the confirmed order specifications.

  • A written complaint is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided.

  • Original shipping documents and invoice must be attached.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-manufactured or private-label (OEM) products.

  • Sterilized instruments once opened.

  • Used or altered products.

  • Orders damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Clearance or discounted bulk orders (unless defective).


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Description of issue

    • Photos/videos as proof

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

  • We will provide return shipping instructions.

  • In some cases, return shipping may not be required (depending on product value and logistics feasibility).


5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Full refund for verified manufacturing defects.

  • Partial refund for minor defects (as mutually agreed).

  • Replacement shipment instead of refund, if preferred by the buyer.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, TT, LC, etc.).

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.

  • Bank charges and intermediary fees may be deducted where applicable.


6. Shipping Damage Claims

For shipments damaged in transit:

  • Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving goods.

  • Damage must be noted on the courier or freight delivery receipt.

  • Insurance claims (if applicable) will be processed in coordination with the shipping company.

Velteriyan Enterprises is not responsible for damages not reported within the required timeframe.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started.

  • Once production begins, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Customized and OEM orders cannot be canceled once approved.


8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, port restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, or international trade regulations.


9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
