Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Velteriyan Enterprises. As an international manufacturer and exporter of Surgical, Dental, Beauty, and related instruments, we are committed to ensuring safe and timely delivery of your orders worldwide.
This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and responsibilities regarding shipments.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard orders are processed within 3–10 business days after order confirmation and receipt of advance payment (if applicable).
Bulk or customized (OEM/private label) orders may require 2–6 weeks, depending on quantity and specifications.
Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship internationally using:
Air Freight
Sea Freight
Courier Services (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent)
Freight Forwarders nominated by the buyer
Shipping method depends on order size, urgency, and mutually agreed Incoterms.
3. Incoterms (International Commercial Terms)
All shipments are handled according to agreed Incoterms such as:
EXW (Ex Works)
FOB (Free on Board)
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
CFR
DDP (if agreed in writing)
Risk transfer and shipping responsibility are determined according to the agreed Incoterm mentioned in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method.
Costs are clearly mentioned in the Proforma Invoice.
Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:
Courier shipments: 3–7 business days
Air freight: 5–12 business days
Sea freight: 20–45 days
Please note these are estimated timelines and may vary due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, or regulatory inspections.
Velteriyan Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to:
Import duties
VAT / GST
Customs clearance fees
Regulatory inspections
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations for surgical and medical instruments.
7. Shipment Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once goods are dispatched (for courier and air freight shipments).
For sea freight, Bill of Lading and shipment documentation will be shared.
8. Shipping Damage or Loss
If goods are damaged or lost during transit:
Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Damage must be documented with photos/videos.
If insurance was included under CIF or insured shipment, claims will be processed with the carrier.
Velteriyan Enterprises is not responsible for uninsured shipments once risk has transferred under the agreed Incoterm.
9. Partial Shipments
We reserve the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise agreed. Each shipment will be invoiced separately where applicable.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Velteriyan Enterprises is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the buyer.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays due to events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Trade restrictions
Port closures
Pandemics
Carrier disruptions
